About Our Camps
Youth Encounter camps are more than just a fun few days away. They are positive community experiences where young people find belonging, discover purpose, and grow in hope through faith-based values.
Through adventure, challenge, shared experiences, and authentic relationships, we create environments where young people can grow in confidence, build meaningful friendships, and explore who they were created to be.
Our camps are built around our FACE values:

Empowering – Inspiring young people to step into their potential and lead courageously.
Whether riding dirt bikes, surfing waves, exploring the outdoors, or sitting around a campfire, every experience is designed to help young people take another step toward living life wide open.
Hiring Equipment
Youth Encounter has equipment available to hire at additional cost to the camp fee. Equipment is hired on an individual basis and differs between camps. Please check the camp details for more information.

What We Aim To Grow
Our camps help young people develop the foundations needed to thrive:
Identity: Growing confidence, self-worth, belonging, and an understanding of their God-given value.
Purpose: Discovering strengths, passions, and opportunities to positively influence others and contribute to their communities.
Hope: Building a positive vision for the future and experiencing the hope found through faith, relationships, and personal growth.
Resilience: Developing courage, responsibility, emotional wellbeing, and the ability to navigate life's challenges.
YOUTH CAMPS
Designed for ages 13–18 (high school age teens), our youth camps combine adventure, friendship, faith, and personal growth in a safe and supportive environment. Young people are invited into a culture of belonging where they are challenged to grow, encouraged to lead, and inspired to discover the incredible potential they carry.
Through shared experiences, meaningful conversations, and positive role models, participants develop confidence, strengthen relationships, and encounter the love of Jesus in authentic and practical ways. Our goal isn't simply to provide an unforgettable camp experience. It's to help young people take their next step toward living life wide open.

YOUNG ADULTS CAMPS
Youth Encounter Young Adults Camps are designed for emerging leaders aged 17–24 who want to grow in confidence, purpose, and their ability to positively influence others.
Through adventure, meaningful conversations, authentic community, and opportunities to explore faith, young adults are encouraged to discover who they are, what they carry, and how they can make a difference in the world around them.
Grounded in the belief that every person has God-given potential, these camps help participants develop leadership from the inside out—growing in identity, purpose, hope, and resilience as they step into adulthood and learn to live life wide open.
