Participants are responsible to provide their own equipment and for additional costs of lift passes and equipment hire (if required) for 4 days on the mountain; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Equipment can be rented at the mountain - click here for more info, and we recommend purchasing lift passes online at the Whakapapa Ski Field website here. It is hard to determine when to purchase a pass as the Whakapapa website is continually changing the passes they offer.

There will be transport leaving from Youth Encounter Home Base at 5pm Sunday evening and returned around 9pm Thursday evening. 

You will need to provide your own breakfast and lunch for Sunday, day snacks, and a drink bottle. Bring a bag to carry these items up the mountain. We will provide food for the rest of the camp.
